Why Second Home Uganda
Uganda offers opportunity.
Awareness unlocks it.
Uganda's refugee framework provides important rights and opportunities — including freedom of movement, access to public services, employment and pathways to economic participation.
Yet many urban refugees do not know how to access those rights, services or opportunities. Second Home Uganda bridges that gap by acting as a connector: bringing people, institutions and existing resources together so refugees can move from uncertainty and dependency toward self-reliance and contribution.
